FabulaTech serial port in citrix client

I have 2 computers, one of them have a serial printer attached to COM1, the other have the COM1 redirect to the first through Network Serial Port Kit.
 
All works fine but, if i use a application in citrix that prints directly to COM1, this application dont see the COM1 that is redirect to the other machine by Network Serial Port Kit but only the physical one.
 
The application is 16bits.
 
How can i solve this problem?

Hi,
Thank you for your question.
Could you please create virtual COM2 instead on COM1 on Citrix PC? I ask it, because I suppose that you created overlapped COM1 (over physical COM1). Please try to create non-overlapped virtual COM port and print to that virtual COM port.
If unsuccessful, is it possible to get your 16bit program, so we could check it?
