share-it! To make it easier for you to purchase our products, all orders are processed by share-it!, the global e-commerce provider.

As a corporate client, you can generally order using a purchase order. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept purchase orders from private customers.

Please mail or fax to share-it! your official order on company letterhead. Please include the following information so we can process your order more quickly:

  • The product name and the specific product ID (see below on this page)
  • The requested quantity
  • The name the product will be licensed to
  • Your billing address and your delivery address, if different
  • Name, phone and fax number of the contact person for your order
  • The e-mail address to which the order confirmation and invoice should be sent, and your e-mail delivery address, if different
  • The requested billing currency

If you include all of the required information, your order can be processed immediately by share-it! customer service team.

Info As a licensed user you obtain a right to get free software updates during 12 (twelve) months since the date of your purchase. This includes both minor and major software updates in appropriate time period.

After the end of this period you're welcome to Update Subscription Renewal, that allows to get the new versions and free software updates for next twelve months.

Please note: You can use the version you got after purchase for any time you want, without any time limitations.

In short, the word "Subscription" is equal the phrase "One year of free updates, but you can use the product without any time limits".

Info Technical support is available during European Business Time via email, online forms, phone or live chat. We make every attempt to respond within several hours but a lot of our customers are pleased to find out that we are responding within a few minutes.

Before requesting customer support, please check out the Help for the program you are using. Also, we strongly recommend you to download the latest version of the software.
